Windows
After image loaded
Move the mouse cursor over the image
Click with the right mouse button
Select "Set as Wallpaper " from the Menu

After image loaded
Move the mouse cursor over the image
Hold mouse button down
Choose "save image as"
Open control panel - "Desktop Pictures"
